This is the ONE recipe that Kyle will happily make for anyone, it's fail-safe and delicious. Adults and kids all love it, plus it's dairy & gluten-free.
When the family is starving hungry, pull out a small pot and throw in the following:
- 1 270ml can of Ayam coconut cream
- 1 Tbspn Pic's peanut butter
- 1 Tbspn sweet chilli sauce
- 2 Tbspn organic tamari/soy sauce
- 1 grated onion
- a good squeeze of lemon juice
Stir them all together with a wooden spoon. Cook over a medium heat. Boil gently & keep stirring until cooked and thick.
You can serve over warm rice, BBQd veges, tofu or whatever you fancy.
If anything peanut is NOT an option for you, you could substitute Pic's Almond Butter or Cashew Butter. Alternatively, other firms also make tahini, or sunflower seed or pumpkin seed butters.
