How natural are your products?
All our ingredients are listed on our website and also on the product label. We believe in full transparency; there are no hidden chemicals. We also use a natural emulsifier and preservative. We source organic ingredients wherever possible and make our own herbal oils using our own or locally sourced organic herbs.
We DO NOT test on animals; we test our products on ourselves instead - that's the fun part!
All of our beautiful products are in NZD, we are a 100% New Zealand owned & run family company.
We are happy to offer you the payment options of direct deposit into our New Zealand bank account, by a credit card payment through our secure online payment system (website), or via Laybuy.
We ship with New Zealand Couriers and all parcels are tracked. Delivery time is usually overnight (from date of shipment) and can be delivered to rural, residential, and business addresses. Please allow up to 2 extra days for rural deliveries.
Be sure to provide us with an accurate and complete address to assist with a quick delivery.
Please note we can't ship to PO Boxes.
In the unlikely event that a package is lost we will immediately launch an investigation with New Zealand Couriers and keep you informed of the order status.
When an order is placed, we aim to send the products out within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment, usually the same or next day, however if there is any unexpected delay we will contact you immediately.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we ship internationally to Australia, USA, Canada, EU & UK so far. We ship via DHL for international shipping, which is fully tracked.
Delivery time for overseas parcels is usually approximately 2-10 days, although it may be a bit longer if your address is further out from main centres.
Please note we can't ship to PO Boxes internationally.
We are not aware of any restrictions, nor have we experienced any delay with customs to date.
Nature Body works hard to provide you with the highest quality products. If you receive a shipment from us in which the goods are damaged or you believe that the incorrect product or quantity has been sent, please contact us immediately. In cases of damaged goods please keep all packaging and shipping materials to enable us to make a claim from our freight distributor.
We are happy to exchange unused products in still-new condition for another product of your choice.
Our recycling policy
There are certain things in our business that we can do to help keep our planet healthy. We recycle everything we possibly can and encourage our suppliers to ship ingredients with zero waste packaging.
All of the cardboard and paper products that our ingredients are delivered in are recycled, or re-used to package parcels. We only print what is necessary, use recycled paper, and paper packing tape.
We are continually looking for ways to improve our recycling capabilities and we encourage our customers to recycle what they can from our fantastic earth conscious products.
All of our product containers are cardboard, glass, or recyclable metal.
We ship our products in cardboard boxes and smaller items are sent in padded paper satchels.
We will recycle any clean Nature Body glass jars or glass bottles if you can return them to us, and we offer a $1 discount per returned glass item off your next purchase (contact us to arrange).
We will happily refill your Nettle Shampoo and Nettle Conditioner bottles. When you return them to us we will refill your bottles at a discount of $3.00 per 250ml bottle, and $2.00 per 50 ml bottle (contact us to arrange this beautiful recycle).

We collect personal information from you, including information about your name, contact information, and address.
We collect your personal information so we can have our products delivered to you, and send you newsletters and product updates.
Providing some information is optional, however if you choose not to enter your address, we'll be unable to deliver product to you. If you chose not to supply an email address we’ll be unable to notify you when we dispatch your order.
Some information you provide us (your name, delivery address, email, and phone number) is shared with our freight supplier to enable your order to be shipped, and to communicate with you about any delivery advice and/or issues.
If you choose not to enter your email address we will be unable to send e-receipts, shipping notifications, or newsletters to you.
We do not collect or store credit card or payment details as all website payments are processed via secure platforms (Windcave, LayBuy) or made directly into our bank account.
If you provide a review of any of our products or a company testimonial your review or testimonial, including your first name and the first initial of your last name, may be used on other social media platforms.
We keep your information safe by storing it securely and only allowing certain staff access to it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
