All natural recipe for our special Nature Body Grief Oil
It’s been a rough couple of years, and it feels like we all know someone struggling right now. When our friends and whānau are having a tough time, it’s hard to know how to support them, especially when they’re grieving.
The gestures we appreciated the most when our Dad passed unexpectedly were the basket of home grown veges, the fresh salad greens, the offer of a cardigan, and the lovely homemade meals.
Unfortunately I’m not great at cooking and my garden is tiny, so I formulated this special oil to give to whanau and friends in their time of grief. I wanted to share it with you in the hopes it can bring you and yours some peace and provides a wee respite from your grief.
