This warming gel (it can get quite hot!) can also be used before a work-out to stimulate blood flow. Increased vasodilation can increase relaxation, decrease pain and prepare your body for exercise or competition.

Increased blood flow in the skeletal muscles may reduce the chances of injury whilst working out and can aid in muscle recovery post workout, allowing muscles to cool down slower reducing the onset of lactic acid especially on heavy weight days.

We and avid gym junkie friends use this product a lot and love it!

Shake well before use. Avoid the eye area.

Ingredients: organic aloe vera gel, menthol, horopito, comfrey and horse chestnut extracts, arnica oil, magnesium chloride oil, wintergreen, cajeput, ginger, camphor and clove bud essentil oils.
