Conditioning Pellets - (Cetearyl Alcohol & Behentrimonium Methosulfate) naturally derived from rapeseed oil. Cetearyl alcohol is a mixture of Cetyl and Stearyl fatty alcohols, which acts as a thickener and moisturizer in personal care products.  Behentrimonium Methosulfate is a quarternary ammonium salt. It is used as a hair conditioning agent, and an anti-static agent. It is not toxic to humans or to the environment. Please note that this ingredient is easily confused with Behentrimonium Chloride, which is toxic.
