FAQs and T&C

How natural are our products?

All our ingredients are listed on our website and also on the product label. We believe in full transparency; there are no hidden chemicals... we also use a natural emulsifier and preservative. We source organic ingredients wherever possible and make our own herbal oils using our own or locally sourced organic herbs. Our hot water cupboard is often full of drying herbs and steeping herbal oils instead of towels!

We DO NOT test on animals; we test our products on ourselves instead - that's the fun part!

Payments 

All our yummy products are in NZD, we are a 100% New Zealand owned & run family company!

We are happy to offer you the payment options of either direct deposit into our New Zealand bank account or by a credit card payment through our secure online payment system (website).

If you prefer to pay directly, give us a call, as there is also the option of paying via your credit or debit plus card over the phone.

Shipping

We ship with NZ Couriers, all parcels are tracked.  North Island delivery time is usually overnight and can be delivered to rural addresses along with residential and business addresses. Please allow up to 2 days extra for rural deliveries.

South Island delivery time is usually 2 days and allow up to 2 extra days for RD.

Nature Body is not responsible for the loss of any packages once they have been given to NZ Couriers. However in the unlikely event that a package is lost we will launch an investigation with NZ Couriers and help with the process as much as possible.

Please make sure that you provide us with a address that is complete so delivery can be smooth and quick.
When an order is placed, we aim to send the products out within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment, usually the same or next day, however if there is any unexpected delay we will contact you immediately.

We do need a break from time to time! So occasionally, we stop processing orders for a little break during the year. We apologise for any inconvenience as we recharge our eco batteries.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we ship internationally to Australia, USA & UK so far. We offer two options for international shipping: standard & tracked. Plus courier shipping to Australia.

Delivery time for overseas parcels is usually approximately 2 weeks.

Please note that Nature Body is not responsible for the possible loss of any packages if shipped non-tracked.

We are not aware of any restrictions, nor have we experienced any delay with customs to date.

Returns

Here at Nature Body we work hard to provide you with the highest quality products, if you receive a shipment from us in which the goods are damaged or you believe that the incorrect product or quantity has been sent, then please contact us immediately. Please do not send back any products without first contacting us. Please keep all packaging and shipping materials or a claim cannot be lodged on your behalf through NZ Couriers. Please be aware that it can take several weeks for a claim to be processed, though we will do everything we can to expedite a replacement.

We are happy to exchange unused products in still-new condition for another product of your choice.

Nature Body's recycling policy

We have certain things in our business that we can do to help keep our planet beautiful. We always recycle all our cardboard and paper products that our ingredients are delivered in, or re-use them to package parcels. We only print what is necessary and use 100% recycled paper.

We use part of our home & garage as our office and warehouse - keeping electricity useages to a minimum. We are continually looking for ways to improve our recycling capabilities and we encourage our customers to recycle what they can from our fantastic earth conscious products.

All of our product containers are cardboard, glass or tin and we are moving toward zero plastic (lids etc.) as soon as we can!

We ship products in cardboard boxes (often recycled) and smaller items in paper bags. We also use paper rather than plastic sticky tape to package boxes etc.

We are happy to recycle any clean glass jars if you can return them to us, and we offer a $1 discount per returned  jar off next purchase (contact us to arrange).
