Studies are showing that certain topical probiotics have antimicrobial properties, meaning they can create holes in bad bacteria and kill them. Probiotics can help fight harmful bugs from triggering inflammation.
Just as inflammation in the gut can cause inflammation in the brain, it can also lead to inflammation in the skin. This inflammation can manifest as acne, psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, or other skin conditions. So in the same way probiotics ameliorate symptoms of depression by reducing inflammation, they also improve skin disorders through a similar mechanism.

Overall, we should first understand that our gut and skin connection is really strong, and whatever we eat will reflect on our skin. So as well as using this balm, we highly recommending looking at internal causes like inflammatory foods.
Remember to eat well, choose well, and take probiotics internally that contains the skin specific strain: Lactobacillus rhamnosus, which has been shown to help significantly with skin conditions!

★★★★★Awesome productI had some eczema on top of my upper lip and some on my finger. I used this cream- first thing it does is it stops the itchiness. The dryness is also sorted pretty soon. The eczema on my lips was sorted within a week. The one on finger is slowly healing but it is mostly better. The good thing I find about this cream is it is ok if you ingest it (obviously having to apply this near my mouth area). Also it tastes sweet (and bitter)
